LtCol Kyleigh Cullen, USMC, is the Joint Women’s Leadership Symposium (JWLS) Chair. Along with the Co-Chair, Christina Humphries, she is responsible for leading the JWLS Committee in planning all aspects of SSLA’s annual symposium.

Kyleigh in a Marine Ch-53E pilot that has served in the United States Marine Corps for nearly 16 years. She is currently assigned to Manpower Reserve Affairs in Quantico, Va. She is slated to take command of Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 464 on MCAS New River, NC in the summer of 2024.

Kyleigh graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering. She has also earned a Master of Military Studies from Marine Corps University.
